100 Davenport is a new mixed-use condominium development currently in pre-construction at the southeast corner of Davenport Road and McAlpine Street in the Yorkville neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario by Diamante Development Corporation.  This proposed development consists of a 39 storey building with 53 dwelling units designed by Douglas Cardinal Architects and ZAP Architects.

100 Davenport Condos will be located where the presentation gallery/showroom office space including parking area for the recently completed Florian condominiums is currently located at 76 Davenport Road.  This presentation gallery will be replaced with the new proposed mixed-use 39 storey (467 feet) residential building.  This building will have "an innovative and iconic design" designed by architect Douglas Cardinal who "has sought to connect the earth’s elements and the location of the subject site’s along a historic route for Indigenous Peoples".   This building is designed to "open up like a flower to the sun".  The 100 Davenport Road Condos will have a total gross floor area of 16,756.93 square metres, total retail gross floor area of 1,012 square metres at grade level fronting onto Davenport Road.  There are 53 units proposed of which 34 will be two-bedroom units and 19 will be three-bedroom units.  There will also be 388.50 square metres of indoor amenity space and 163.90 square metres of outdoor amenity space proposed.

Underground parking access is proposed via a ramp connecting to McAlpine Street.  There are six levels of underground parking proposed for 114 vehicular parking spaces of which 100 will be for residents of the building and 14 will be for visitors and commercial use.  There are also 65 bicycle parking spaces proposed of which 52 will be long-term spaces for residents, 2 will be long-term spaces for retail and 11 will be for short-term spaces for visitors and retail use.  The loading area for garbage and recycling is proposed to be located on the southeast corner of the building with access via Blackmore Street.

100 Davenport is located close to the Bay TTC Subway Station, the Bloor TTC Subway Station as well as the Rosedale TTC Subway Station. It is situated in the Yorkville area close to gourmet restaurants and upscale boutiques with brands such as Holt Renfrew, Burberry, Tiffany & Co., Gucci and Harry Rosen.  Located to the south of Bloor Street one can find the Royal Ontario Museum, the University of Toronto St. George Campus, Queen's Park and St. Michael's College.
